Smart Care app for iPhone and iPad

Smart Care mobile app is a complementary addition to the Client Care Record (CCR) and SmartPayroll software packages and Web Solution.
Staff receive rosters information, confirm and pick-up shifts and submit time sheets.
Clients can order community care services and view service history.

Client Care Record (CCR) is specifically designed for the community care sector providing a wide range of tools to manage the complexity of community care rostering incl. invoicing – payroll – fund management - government subsidy (HADS).
Payroll data are linked to SmartPayroll but can also be uploaded to other payroll system.

SmartPayroll is an award interpreter with a sophisticated 24/7 rostering system, that will compare roster times with the actual recorded staff hours. The employee’s time sheets are processed electronically and differences are identified and marked subject to approval.
